AntiPath (the “Service”) is a mobile web application and related website operated by Alexander Taylor, based in Hyattsville, Maryland, USA (“AntiPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
AntiPath is a discovery and reference tool that curates international opportunities, scholarships, fellowships, free educational courses, competitions, and income-earning platforms to help users find and evaluate opportunities.
AntiPath is a directory and informational service only. We do not operate, administer, sponsor, endorse, verify, control, or guarantee any third-party program, scholarship, fellowship, course, competition, employer, platform, institution, or opportunity listed, linked, summarized, or referenced through the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and children under 13 may not use the Service.

AntiPath helps users discover and organize information about third-party opportunities. The Service may include search tools, bookmarks, saved items, account sync features, summaries, recommendations, filters, and a guided-selection tool discovery feature.
The Service is provided for general informational and convenience purposes only. AntiPath does not promise that any opportunity is legitimate, available, safe, suitable, lawful, current, accurate, complete, or right for you.
You are solely responsible for evaluating any third-party opportunity and verifying all important details, including eligibility, deadlines, fees, accreditation, compensation, visa or immigration implications, identity of the provider, safety, and legal compliance.
You may be able to use some features of the Service without creating an account. To create, access, or manage an AntiPath account, and to sync, restore, or manage your subscription across devices, you must sign in using a third-party authentication provider such as Apple or Google.

The Service includes an on-device, guided-selection tool called Antipather (“Antipather”), available to Globetrotter subscribers. Antipather is not an artificial intelligence system, a chatbot with generative capabilities, or a cloud-based service. It operates as an on-device, guided-selection tool that operates entirely on your device, matching your selected answers (such as your stage of education, prior international experience, and stated goals) to a pre-curated set of program recommendations. No data you enter into Antipather is transmitted to AntiPath, stored on our servers, or shared with any third party.
Recommendations surfaced by Antipather are informational suggestions only and do not constitute personalized advice, counseling, or a guarantee of eligibility, admission, or award. Antipather output may be incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your circumstances, and the disclaimers in the Third-Party Opportunities, Services, and Links section below apply in full to every program, site, or link Antipather surfaces.
Antipather’s output is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, immigration, financial, tax, career, educational, mental health, or other professional advice. Its output does not create any adviser, fiduciary, or professional-client relationship.
You must independently review and verify all Antipather output before relying on it. In particular, you must verify official deadlines, eligibility criteria, fees, safety, visa requirements, institutional status, funding terms, and application procedures directly with the applicable third-party provider or official source.
When you tap a link recommended by Antipather, that item is automatically saved to your device’s local Saved section for your convenience, in the same way manually bookmarking an item works elsewhere in the Service. You may remove any autosaved item at any time from the Saved section.
AntiPath is offered through two monthly subscription tiers. The current tier structure is as follows:
New subscribers get a 3 day free trial, then billed at the price above (terms of use apply).
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from any tier at any time. Where a change materially reduces the features of a paid tier, we will provide notice through the Service or your app store listing. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated feature set.
All subscriptions are purchased exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your payment is processed, billed, and managed entirely by Apple or Google, not by AntiPath. By subscribing, you also agree to the billing terms of Apple or Google, as applicable.
To activate, verify, and manage your subscription — including keeping track of your subscription status, purchase history, and access across your devices — AntiPath uses RevenueCat, a third-party subscription-management provider. RevenueCat receives your purchase and subscription information from Apple or Google and processes it on our behalf for these purposes, in accordance with its own privacy practices. AntiPath does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google account settings. Cancelling stops future charges but does not end access for the current paid period.
New Explorer subscribers are eligible for a 3 day free trial. The trial begins when you start your Explorer subscription and gives you full Explorer access at no charge for 3 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will automatically be charged the then-current Explorer subscription price, and your subscription will continue on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends, at no charge, through your Apple ID or Google account settings. Each user is eligible for one free trial per subscription tier, consistent with the eligibility rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.
We may change subscription prices at any time. If we increase the price of your current subscription, you will be notified in advance by Apple or Google before the new price takes effect, and you will be given the opportunity to cancel if you do not accept the new price.
Because all billing is handled by Apple and Google, all refund requests must be directed to them:
AntiPath does not control and cannot process, approve, or override refund decisions made by Apple or Google. We do not offer direct refunds. If you believe a technical issue with the Service warrants a refund consideration, you may contact us at Antipather@proton.me and we will do our best to assist you in raising the issue with the relevant store.
The Service may contain listings, links, descriptions, rankings, summaries, tags, or references to third-party websites, opportunities, institutions, platforms, or services.
AntiPath does not control and is not responsible for any third-party content, website, service, product, or opportunity. We do not guarantee:
If you choose to interact with a third party, you do so at your own risk. Your relationship with any third party is solely between you and that third party.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial, lawful use.
This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the Service or any content made available through it.
The Service, including its design, layout, branding, trademarks, logos, compilations, curation, software, text, graphics, interfaces, databases, and other content and materials, is owned by AntiPath or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ANTIPATH DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT ANY OPPORTUNITY, LISTING, RECOMMENDATION, LINK, SUMMARY, OR ANTIPATHER OUTPUT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, LEGITIMATE, SAFE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ANTIPATH AND ITS OWNER, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS OF USE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ANTIPATH, IF ANY, FOR USE OF THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) US$50.

The Service may be accessed from jurisdictions outside the United States. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or lawful for use in every jurisdiction. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
