This Privacy Policy explains how AntiPath collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the AntiPath mobile web application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

This policy is written in plain language. In practice, the main personal information we collect is your account contact information (your name and email address from Sign in with Apple or Google) and your purchase and subscription information, which we use to manage your account and your subscription. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not track you across apps or websites operated by other companies, and we do not share your personal information for cross-app, cross-site, or cross-context behavioral advertising unless this Privacy Policy is updated to say otherwise.

6. Antipather

Antipather is an on-device, guided-selection tool available to Globetrotter subscribers. It is not an artificial intelligence system and is not a cloud-based service. Antipather operates as a local decision tree entirely on your device, matching your selected answers to a pre-curated set of program recommendations.

The answers you select in Antipather are processed only on your device and are not transmitted to AntiPath, stored on our servers, or shared with any third party. When you tap a recommended link, that item is saved to your device’s local Saved section in the same way as any other bookmark; you can remove it at any time.

Those countries may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required by law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

You may also have the right to opt out of certain uses or disclosures, including where applicable the sale of personal information or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, although we do not currently engage in those practices as described above.

You may exercise applicable rights by contacting us at Antipather@proton.me. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights.
